Triple Negative Stage 2 Invasive ductal carcinoma. Such scary sounding names. Breast cancer. Double Mastectomy. Surgery went well. Healing is going well. Chemo will be next. I am looking on the bright side....this means I will need all new tops for next summer, once I finish reconstruction. So I see lots of sewing on the horizon! Thank you for the positive thoughts and well wishes!!
Know all our thoughts and prayers are with at this time. I am so sorry you must walk this land of craziness. Just know you are not alone and can reach out any time. Wish I was closer so you will have to feel my hugs flying to you from afar.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are looking on the bright side. A wonderful attitude like this is sure to help in the recovery process. Wishing you all the best for the coming months and looking forward to seeing you getting back to sewing.
ReplyDeleteMy prayers and well wishes for you.
ReplyDeleteJust know that there is life after a breast cancer diagnosis. I had a mastectomy on August 21, 1991 when I was 41 and I'm still alive and well. I will be 66 in 19 days. So trust God and know that I for one will be praying for your recovery.
ReplyDeleteYou keep your chin up - we are all thinking of you and praying for you and your family. I look forward to hearing about your continued recovery.
ReplyDeleteContinue to heal! I'm glad your surgery went well.
ReplyDeleteMay you be showered with love, strength, hope and healing... with space to cry when you need it and laugh when you need that even more!
