Cheer Loudly

Northland Hospice 10K was a blast. Started out with a kid's one mile fun run. In the last 100 yards as they struggled towards the finish line, seeing the faces of those kids go from exhausted defeat to overflowing faith in themselves when they heard the crowd cheering them on, was very moving. Note to self, always cheer loudly, so that others can feel your faith.

    Hi Kelly!!
DH and I walk the 10K each year here in Montreal. The walkers are NOT cheered on... Too bad, eh!! At 80 DH "deserves" a wee "yahoo!" We're just very happy that his health is such that he's right in there...
How nice of you to run for your Dad.
    Warm greetings,
    Rhonda in Montreal (PR)
